My name is Jason McKnight, I’m a keen amateur cook and I started this site because I love pizza. I have always loved cooking and I’m told I’m fairly good at it. I enjoy replicating my favourite foods and dishes at home for my friends and family.
One thing I have always found difficult to replicate to a good standard however is Pizza. There seemed to be art to it and it set me off on a long journey to get professional results at home. I wish I could have had this site when I started as it would have made the whole process much quicker.
My main aim was to get restaurant quality results but along the way I discovered a whole host of information, tips and tricks for a range of different situations. I’ve shared these tips and experiences here.
